Materialise Announces Pricing of Public Offering of 4.0 Million American Depositary Shares (ADSs)
Materialise’s ADSs are currently listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “MTLS”.
The offering is expected to close on June 14, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
